Lahela Washington is a Kaua’i native, who now calls Guam her home. Her background in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration is a key component to our business. As Director of Operations, Lahela keeps the business running smoothly while overseeing the workflow of our team. She is a key component and essential contributor to Top End Pest Control Guam. Lahela is the backbone of our operations making sure the team has everything we need to get the job done right.

Jershawn Dacanay is a Guam local and has been a licensed technician for Top End Pest Control Guam for 4 years. Growing up on Guam, Jershawn extends the Hafa Adai spirit daily to anyone he encounters with a quick shaka, wave or greeting! When he’s’ not working, Jershawn enjoys staying healthy, working out in the gym, playing basketball or being involved with his community. Cheryl Samson grew up between Arizona and the Philippines. She enjoys activities such as tennis, hiking and running or spending time with friends and family at the beach. Cheryl also loves volunteering her time with various non-profit organizations. She has a background in administration and graphic design.

ReyVihn Mandapat was born in 2006 on Guam, and is the youngest employee on the TEPC team. Class of 2024 Okkodo High graduate, ReyVihn worked in the fast food industry before starting his pest control career. Bringing his customer service and knowledge of pest issues around kitchens. In his spare time he plays video games, writes short stories, and occasionally sings Chamorro songs. When working with ReyVihn you will get quick and thorough service, as well as some laughs and a nice conversation.
